I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship out.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we can only offer store credit in the form of a gift card if the order has not shipped.
The gift card must be used in our store within 6 months.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 10-14 business days.
This time may be extended during holidays.

We currently only ship to the U.S., but are looking into Europe and the Caribbean for the future. Join our email list to stay up to date with any changes.

Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?
We currently offer gift certificates, and are working on a customer loyalty program.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Given the COVID-19/DELTA VARIANT, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. If a product is damaged OR missing something, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Based on our no exchange/return policy, refunds are only issued in the form of store credit if the order has not shipped.
